Guatemala's property market ran on scattered listings and unverified brokers — buyers couldn't tell who was trustworthy, and there was no central place to search across the market with real filters or AI-assisted queries.

AI-powered natural language search
Built a search experience that understands plain-language queries about location, property type, price, and amenities, instead of forcing buyers into rigid filter forms.
Broker verification & the Pulso Mappi rating system
Designed a verification pipeline for agencies plus a rating system that tracks broker response time and customer satisfaction, so trust is visible on every listing.
Full marketplace infrastructure
Built the platform end-to-end — listings data model, search, a Mappi Luxury tier for high-end residences, a mortgage calculator, and listing alerts — as one production system.
