City-wide listings with flexible terms
Built a listings model that handles everything from a single room to a whole house, bookable for a few nights or several months.
Direct landlord connection, no platform fees
Designed the booking flow so renters contact landlords directly, keeping the platform fee-free and the relationship transparent.
Listing quality tiers
Introduced Plus/Pro/Max verification tiers so companies booking crew housing can quickly gauge listing quality before committing.
